I've had this company come out twice to my new unit in Little River, and I have been fortunate. Both technicians were exceptional in their own ways. The first technician was quiet but very thorough and skilled. The second technician was even better - talkative, explanatory, and did an excellent job.I've found the heating and cooling company I'll stick with as long as I own this unit. What sets them apart is that they didn't try to swindle me like many other companies might by claiming I needed unnecessary services or products.
The sent a technician out on a Saturday morning and were able to provide a temporary fix until the part they needed came in (which was 2 days later). Both times they were up front about the cost, arrived when they said they would, and both technicians and both people in the office I spoke with were extremely courteous. Overall we had a great experience!
Kristof was very professional, friendly and informative. He walked me through every step of the way. He went above and beyond in showing me how to do the AC maintenance myself. Even in the small things like whipping his feet before coming inside my home.Service: HVAC system maintenance
