I've had this company come out twice to my new unit in Little River, and I have been fortunate. Both technicians were exceptional in their own ways. The first technician was quiet but very thorough and skilled. The second technician was even better - talkative, explanatory, and did an excellent job.I've found the heating and cooling company I'll stick with as long as I own this unit. What sets them apart is that they didn't try to swindle me like many other companies might by claiming I needed unnecessary services or products.

The next day CURTIS THOMPSON and TOMMY MASTERS arrived at our residence and explained exactly what had to be accomplished and how much the installation would cost. My wife and I agreed with them and set date for installation to begin.TOMMY MASTERS with a crew of (5) men arrived and immediately began to set up the vent and duct system and then the unit itself arrived and was hooked up and turned on. Steven replaced my garbage disposal, installed blinds and a curtain rod. He also assembled a heavy duty shelf for my outdoor closet. He is very professional and did excellent work. I will definitely call him for any future needed repairs.

Really great experience as a first time customer! Went in to get info on different packages. They're very reasonably priced, but I decided to go with the single visits for now! If I had the schedule availability to come more often I would absolutely do a monthly package with them. Gina at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and customer service at it's best! She also was extremely knowledgeable about different beds and their different UV rays, ect. Super pleased and cannot wait to come back next week! (FYI, Their level 5 bed is one of the best bronzer beds I've ever used!)

Very clean gym. Very kind professional staff. Some of these machines will malfunction and stay in that state for a few days. Kind of meh for the $$$ charged. One of the biggest turn offs is everyone tries to rush you as you open the door for yourself. Then if you let them in you get screwed for it. Several times now people have just shoved themselves by. I've seen it many times now with many of older people happening as well. Mostly one weekends
