He did excellent work to install all new plumbing fixtures and convert CPVC pipes to PEX (leaving a clean crawl space). A major part of the remodel was conversion of a garden tub to a free-standing tub. Prior to installation of the free-standing tub, Tom carefully constructed a template to determine how well the tub would work in the space we had. It's that attention to detail that impressed me; his communication and workmanship reflected his master plumber skills. One did nothing and charged us $100.00 for 5 minutes, the other one put a shower arm on and charged $135,00 for 10 minutes.
