Came home to a gurgling toilet and found our septic clean out had overflowed. Called 1 Tom Plumbing and they picked right up. Rooky came out late on a Friday just a few hours later and was able to quickly clear the clog. Super friendly and explained what he was doing. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I woke up to find a leak in our garage, which was frustrating. I immediately contacted the property management, who promptly sent a 1-Tom Plumber to assess the situation. Rooky, a professional and respectful plumber, arrived at our property and quickly identified what caused the leak. Despite the inconvenience, Rooky made sure to keep me informed throughout the process and was able to fix and stop the leak.

I had the pleasure of meeting & watching Rooky work as he explained everything he was doing. He told me what needed to be done & what the cost would be before he got started. I will be calling for rookie to come out to do some more plumbing repairs for me. Thank you Rooky for the great work on 3/2/24
