Amir was absolutely amazing!!! After calling 10 other people he is actually the only one who called me back. He came when he said he would and took a lot of care not to damage the lock. It was a difficult lock out but he took his time, explained everything he was doing and stayed until we were in and satisfied. He maid extra keys on-site and replaced batteries in the lock. I HIGHLY recommend him.
Mr Fares was AMAZING. I called him with my issue, on a Sunday night and within 10mins he called me back. Within 30mins he was at my house re keying my SUV. I will HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Thank you Safety Locksmith, you saved the day!!
FARES saved the day! I left a plate of food in my RV's microwave before putting it back in storage. I wouldn't be returning for 3 weeks. Only GOD knows what I would have returned to. Fares took my call and request to open my RV and remove the food which saved me a 4 hour drive and possible damage to my RV had any rodents gotten in. He was timely and eager to assist . I appreciate customer service that exceeds my expectations. Forever grateful ☺️
