“Is it possible to give a 4.9 rating? She got me in immediately for a walk-in 2 hour session this morning (6/17/2024), was very personable and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. The 1/10 deduction was due to just a few things. The rooms are not rooms, but sectioned off areas with to the floor curtains for privacy. She was there alone, apparently. A guy came in and she spent about 5 minutes or so asking him to come back later through a translation app. Towards the end, another guy came in who had called and made an appointment. She apologized to me both times. But then she quit the massage 5 minutes before my time was up, without making up the the time spent away from my session. Then she was a bit aggressive about wanting more of a tip, saying I had my 2 hours. I used her app to remind her that I initially paid what was 12% higher than the quoted price before the session and reminded her about the time she had spent dealing with others during my time. She was extremely nice and apologized again. I would HIGHLY recommend her, though I have no idea what he name is. She weighs about 80 or 90 pounds, but she worked really hard and gave a thorough, deep massage. The sad part about these places demanding a 20% gratuity is that, without the few issues today, she would've received a 30% tip from me.“

“Went in for pedicure and manicure. Place was clean and staff was friendly enough. My toes look great. However, when they were painted, for some reason he took a brush with remover on it and swiped around the base of my nails. Guessing to clean up the edge. But now it looks like there's a weeks worth of growth. Ill be sure to tell them not to do that next time.“

“I have my third massage tonight with Tonya. I have had a ton of massages from a ton of different therapist. After the first one I knew I had found a great therapist and possibly the best so far. After the second time I knew I had to go ahead and join the membership. Tonya knows all the right pressure points in the neck and head to immediately take away a migraine. Her pressure is spot on. She even does a hand massage that is probably my favorite part. I always feel like she is taking her time and never rushing to get through even though I’m typically one of her last clients for the day and I’m sure she is ready to go home. I told Tonya that if she ever left I would be right behind her following her to the next place. She assured me she was not going anywhere anytime soon so go book with her! The rest of the staff is equally as helpful and sweet. I had an issue with my gift card the first time and Victoria was right on it with getting it resolved.“
