I am going on a long distance road trip, and needed periodic maintenance (coolant flush, transmission fluid change) done before I left. I also asked them to do a thorough inspection - especially the serpentine belt. EVERYTHING was fine …. They could have done additional work, such as saying the serpentine belt should be replaced based on mileage. but they were honest and I am leaving knowing my vehicle is ready to go.
Very Professional. Mary made scheduling very easy to fit my time. I had two vehicles and they allowed dropping off one and then swapping out for the other vehicle with same day service. I had 4 tires put on one vehicle. I looked up the tires and their price were cheaper than what others were selling them for. I had two oil changes done and wasn't expecting them to use full synthetic oil, which I use in my vehicles, but forgot to tell them so that was another plus. They are always in contact via phone and text to let you know the status of the repairs, anything else they find along the way that needs fixing and give you a very good quote for what they find. I dropped my truck off with no advance notice or scheduling and they fixed it and had it back 2 days later. My truck didn't run the well before It broke. Very friendly understanding professionals that take care of you without trying to get rich off one fixed truck.
