We called Midstate Roofing Inc to install a new roof on my dad's house, my dad was on a very strict budget, the guy's showed up on time and went to work immediately, they had to replace a good bit of the wood that had damage, they replaced all of the damaged wood, installed new shingles, and was finished in no time leaving no mess behind, other than the beautiful new roof, you couldn't even tell they had been there, we were super impressed with their punctuality, prices, and professionalism, I definitely recommend using them!

I have managed commercial properties in the Columbia area for 25 years. The worst problem a property manager can have is a persistent leaks, whether it’s coming from the roof, the foundation or a window. Mid State roofing has repaired our roof beyond expectations for over 15 years . We have 40000 feet of flat roof Mid State has done an excellent job keeping our building and equipment dry .
