Dr. Malcolm Edwards did surgery on my upper eyelids. They were droopy and one was worse than the other. He fixed them both and they now look great. Little to no pain and easy recovery. His staff was very professional and competent. I highly recommend him and his staff.
My hair was jacked up from another hair stylist. I called and the owner was not only professional but really made me feel secure she could fix it. Not only did she do a great job, but she really took the time to make me feel welcome and comfortable. If you are new to the area like I am, come to this salon. The owner will make sure you are taken care of and you leave looking great!

I went to ohana last month and got pedicure and manicure acrylic on my natural nails and they did wonderful... priced right and I've deep cleaned my house with bleach and everything and they are still strong...

I went to a very highly rated nail salon in Ballantyne and got probably the worst sns nails with extensions that I'd ever seen. It was a Sunday, it was late, I just went home and yes, cried a little. I had a work conference in two days and I just couldn't salvage the nails they did.
I took a chance: Hollywood nails was in town and they had availability after work. I was fortunate enough to get Lisa, who is excellent at her craft and listened to my wants and needs. She took the time to undo the shoddy work done by the other salon and gave me the nails I had wanted all along. The salon was very clean, everyone was attentive, and I enjoyed my experience a lot. I will be returning to do my nail maintenance there with Lisa :)

I LOVE this place. This is my daughter’s “New Best Friend “ Olivia. She is so sweet. So kind. So patient. My daughter just needed her hair washed and blow dried, prepping her hair to get braided. I was a little nervous about taking her here because it does take a special set of patience to deal with children. My daughter Kali talked and asked questions almost the whole time. Her best friend Olivia listened, answered, and played around right along with her. 3 days later she is still walking around in her new stylist apron from her best friend, and telling everyone who will listen about her Thank you.
Karen is an excellent hair stylist. She always works to accommodate my schedule. Karen and Gina are both the sweetest ladies and always make me feel welcomed. Also, love the atmosphere of the quaint shop! ?

This is where my family has always went. My husband and I have been totegether over 29 years. This is where he always went way before we met. Great prices, also! These were done June 2023 if I remember right. We don't take pictures getting our hair done. We made an extreme change. They were taken to send to my husband working out-of-state. I only have an after picture of our youngest son. His hair was almost all the way down his back. She kept taking a little length off once it was so short until it was where he wanted it. Like she said, I can take it off, but I can't put it back.

Tropical storm Helene knocked out our power and tore down our power line. It took three days for Duke Power to disconnect us from the pole. Needed an electrician in a hurry, but got done wrong by a bad actor, so I called around and got the highest possible recommendation for these guys. Called Shane, who reworked his schedule in order to get to us the very next morning. Gave me an estimate that was nearly $3,200 lower than the first company's best offer. These guys are the real deal. Friendly, caring and totally professional, they replaced my meter and relocated and replaced my electrical panel. We had power back on that night. I can't describe how much we appreciate this company. If I could give 10 stars, I would. They sure earned it.

I had to find a veterinarian to euthanize my cat who was going through neurological issues severely impacting her quality of life. Faulkner took us in the day I called. They provided a room where my wife and I could spend time saying goodbye to our precious and loved cat. They told us how they would perform the procedure and asked if we wanted to be there. We stayed through the procedure and they allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. They allowed us to take care of payment in the room and not have to return to the main lobby. They also allowed us to leave through a back exit again preventing us to have to walk through the lobby with our year drenched eyes. They were very companionate and I'd highly recommend them should you find yourself in a situation like this.

I’ve never had such a great experience! 10/10 these ladies are amazing! I brought both of my babies to see them. One of which has separation anxiety and they did phenomenal with him! I was called 15 minutes prior to the end of their appointment, which allowed me plenty of time to pick them up. When I picked them up both of them were as happy as could be and they were DRY. Anytime I have taken them for baths I’ve always gotten them back wet. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks ladies! :)
