This is as good as it gets in the Truckee area. I visited High Sierra Fitness yesterday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fees are certainly within reason and the equipment and work out area very clean and uncrowded. You can also use this facility if you are staying at Cedar House, a short drive away.
