“I found this place by picking up a flyer at a local Gym. I've been getting my T along with some other muscle and fitness supplies on the market locally. “Dr. Marks is absolutely fantastic. I had a Capsulectomy, capsulotomy, breast implant replacement, liposuction, and scar revision for my old tummy tuck scar with Dr. Marks yesterday. I am amazed at not only how good I feel today, but also how much I already love the results. She was able to remove the whole capsule at once (en bloc) and was able to see the implant ruptured (she didn’t do any of the original procedures), and it’s such a relief to know it is out and fixed. “I have been a customer for about six or seven years now and I absolutely love the service. Susan is now my hair stylist as my previous stylist has gone to Charleston South Carolina. She's very personable and she has so much knowledge about hair, hair care, and styling as well as products. Whenever I leave there after she's done my hair always feel like a million bucks.<br><br>The only problem I have is with some of the tactics they use to try to get extra money out of you. Now this in no way shape or form is against Susan as Susan does what she is supposed to do and she's very good at what she does. This is against the company. The past two sets of hair that I had were shedding terribly. When a lace wig sheds the way that it did with those two units of hair, that means that the unit is poorly made. That is not the fault of the customer. I was told that I would have to be buying Hair clubs Hair club products in order for them to replace a unit which to me sounds like extortion almost. Now when it comes to lace wigs if hair falls out of them as soon as you even touch the hair piece then that means that the unit and the hair are in poor quality. There is no product that can be purchased to stop that except maybe some sort of knot sealant which isn't good for the unit or the hair either. Just know that what I was told that I would have had to have been purchasing the hair care products in order for me to get a replacement unit what's shocking. Why should I have to pay for something that's in poor quality? If anything that should be something that the company should be replacing and be paying for, not the customer.<br><br>Update: I have completely stopped going there. I got tired of the problems with them not being able to get hair in, not having my hair dresser there and having to either go to someone else or having to wait to get my hair done. I got tired of the way the business was being done there. It was no longer worth it. I started developing a rash towards the glue and the fact that my scalp wasn't getting any air around the perimeter. This out of nowhere...surprising to me. i can only think that they changed venders bc change like that doesn't just come out of no where after 7 to 9 years. I was also told that the vendor was changed for the hair care products as well and changes made to some of the formulas. After that, I made a B-line for the door. They still call every now and again trying to get me and i'm sure, their other lost clients back. But for you new ones, you can't miss what you never had, right?“
