“Charleston Medical Spa has great monthly deals! I have been very pleased with both the Botox for my crows feet and the Halo for fine lines and sun damage. My skin hurt for a few days after the Halo treatment, but I plan on keeping at it once per year during the winter months. My skin was actually glowing. A lovely place with a super sweet and accommodating staff. Highly recommend.“
