Went for my first Botox ever and was a bit nervous. I was recommended Sarah the NP and she was great! She walked me through everything and was great at recommending the right treatments and making me comfortable.

I recently went to Totality Medspa in South Carolina. Dr. Nicole was so kind and smart and the staff was extremely helpful. It's a gorgeous Medical Spa with the best treatments and devices I really liked their emsculpt device for body contouring. Looking forward to my next visit.

I take care of all of my skincare needs at totality medispa. It's a fantastic place for chemical peels, botox, filler, spray tans, hydrofacials... you name it, it's here! Helpful staff, knowledgeable estheticians, and practitioners. I highly recommend.
