“I had two fantastic experiences at the Kingsley location. I booked a massage with Clarissa and a blowout with Shelby. The salon has a great vibe. The front desk was friendly and welcoming.
Clarissa, massage therapist, came highly recommended. She was super sweet and warm and extremely talented. She asked all the right questions to customize my massage. Her room was relaxing and comfortable. It was exactly what I needed. She worked extra on my shoulders, when I left, I felt relaxed and have slept great every night since.
My blowout with Shelby, a newer stylist, was a great way to start my Friday morning.
It was a pampering experience and the shampoo massage chairs are an extra bonus. My hair is thick and wavy. She asked how I wanted it styled and I told her to use her creative expertise. Shelby took her time, smoothed it out by round brushing and giving it nice volume. Shelby was easy to talk to and made it a fun experience.
I am visiting family for two weeks and this was a wonderful experience. If I lived here I would definitely be a regular guest!“

“I was referred to Simona at the ReVive Esthetics a colleague because she raved so much about how her skin has improved. I made my appointment and went in for a facial. After a detailed consult with Simona we agree that I needed an anti-aging facial. OMG..the results have been incredible. I cant belive how plump my skin looks. The fine lines around my lips are alot less noticeable and my dark circles and puffiness are also less visible. I had friends complement me on my skin and even asked me what I was doing that my face looked cinched.I am so impressed with these results that I have booked a second treatment within a month. “Went in and had an option of a couple different things! The experience was amazing! I purchased what I believe was called a Lavender Bliss package or so! End up getting full body massage and they set an amazing soak/bath that had me in the most relaxed state. Then after I received the hydration body wrap which left me in a coma! 5 Stars to Sean and team for an outstanding experience!

“One of my friends invited me to Charlotte for the weekend to celebrate her birthday! While we were there...as part of her birthday celebration we visited Urbana Spa! When you walk in the door this space feels warm, safe and inviting! I received a facial and a full body massage and my friend received a massage and had a session in the salt cave. We both thoroughly enjoyed our services. The attending were very good. I was thinking about booking a session for my husband and I. But whoever I come with...I'll definitely be back!“
