My first ever experience and there's only one word....AMAZING!!!!! We visited on our girls trip and we were not disappointed. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. The v-steam and foot detox were the perfect combination. Alicia really sets the tone for your visit with her attention to detail and her attentiveness. I highly recommend Chai Yok and look forward to my next visit.
Celebrated a couple of girlfriends' birthdays in Charlotte with Chai Yok Spa experience. It was Absolutely Amazing. Alicia the owner had the best personality and offered great customer service. Love! Love! Loved it...

She explained the process and check all was ok regularly.The booth was serene with low lights and great music. Enjoyed reading the journal too!
