There were the ONLY company that actually went into my attic to review any damage so that way, I was not "surprised" with any unexpected costs. “I was so pleased with High Tide Restoration & Cleaning. It all started with a phone call from Amanda regarding my request for an appointment. Amanda was able to send a crew out the next day. Alex and Lucas examined my rug. They could not clean it because it was composed of jute. They assured me that it really didn't need to be cleaned. It looked stain-free and odor was not detected. I appreciated their honesty. Even though I didn't get my rug cleaned, High Tide Restoration & Cleaning did not take advantage of me. I think that deserves 5 stars.“
