“First Class Painting and Restoration did a wonderful job on remodeling our master bathroom and master closet. We had a small shower stall and a useless bathtub. They removed both. They took out the shower stall and cut an opening in the wall, put up drywall to extend the master bedroom closet. Where the bathtub was that is now this beautiful walk-in shower. Melinda went with me to select all the tile. I picked out a large marble blue tile for the wall, another blue marble tile for the shower floor, and a complimentary tile for the bathroom floor and extended it into the closet also. It now feels like showering in the clouds. I have more room in my master closet, which we know every woman needs (I gave my husband more space too). They also installed a new medicine cabinet with LED lights in the doors and another fixture above it. They painted the walls, doors, trim, and repainted the existing built-in vanity from dark cherry to white. They showed up on time, and were very professional. I highly recommend them.“

“I believe one of the cleaners name was Cary and I can’t remember the name of the other lead cleaner, but they did a spectacular job! My couch was stained by some dried flowers that I purchased from Amazon. While arranging them in the vase, it stained my couch blue. That dynamic duo were courteous and professional and very friendly. Not only will I recommend them to everyone, but I will most definitely use them in the future. I hope this review reaches Management, so that they can be rewarded for their excellence. Below, I have included the before and after photos. Although they could not remove all of the dye, they were able to make it look a lot better. This couch is sentimental to me as it was the last present my father presented me 2 days of his passing. “We had a laundry room flood on the second floor that leaked into the garage in December 2023. I called Clean Masters, and they were at our home in less than an hour! They immediately began to work to mitigate the flooding while working with our homeowners insurance. NO money asked for upfront. Bernard, one of their technicians then came to our home each day to check on the progress. He was extremely professional and friendly with our family at every interaction. The water damage was mitigated. We were never asked for payment from Clean Masters! Our insurance company sent us a check and then we paid our balance. We were very pleased with their service!“

“We just had Chris and Malik do a fantastic job remediating our bathroom. We came home from vacation to a soaking wet ceiling form a flood upstairs. Our apartment complex called Servpro and they were an incompetent disaster. I suggested Rainbow Remediation after hearing great things about them and I’m so glad we did. They showed up the same day on time and were able to schedule remediation for the next day. They stayed late to remove all of the wet materials so I could sleep better. They finished up with cleaning and removed the equipment today. We couldn’t be happier!Services: Flood restoration“
