The day of, everything ran efficiently. Ethan checked on me a couple of times to make sure my dogs and I were good since we were home. They cleaned up everything so good, you couldn’t even tell they were there. They went over our yard multiple times the day of, and twice the next day to make sure all the nails were up. ATD contacted us a bit later and stated that our roof did have hail damage, and with their information, our claim was approved. Communication was good, and Jaron was easy to work with. The only complaint is that the installation crew left nails and trash in the yard that Jaron cleaned up after the installation was completed. Overall positive experience with ATD.“

“Their crew did a very good job on my house. They worked hard and worked through some light rain and got it done very fast. Clean up, I was satisfied and kept a clean work zone. They replaced a lot of rotten wood for me. They did rut up the yard a tad bit, but the ground was super soft and know it wasn’t their fault. Overall a bang up job. Would recommend. Hopefully it will hold up for 25 years.“

“Hurricane Helene brought her fury to my daughter’s home in Taylors and dropped a tree on her house. We called Rhino when I know they were busier than they could’ve imagined. They came out in less than 12 hours, saw the damage to her dwelling, and before nighttime had a crew removing as much of the tree as they possibly could. They told us it was the ninth house they had worked on that day. They took out the limbs puncturing through her roof and into her ceiling. They covered her house with tarps to secure it from any upcoming bad weather. The head of the crew explained the next steps as we wait for the removal of tree trunk, debris, repairs, roofing, etc. We know Rhino has dedicated workers helping the next community member in dire need, so we will hang in there. We are grateful for their immediate response to our call for help, and appreciate all they are doing to help the victims of Helene. Rhino has our greatest appreciation during the time of a catastrophic event. We couldn’t have asked for more timely help at my daughter’s home.“

“Initially, I thought I was satisfied with the work that was done. The roof is fine and the work was completed quickly. My yard was a mess for two days, but was cleaned up well after roof installation was finished. The work was done during cold weather and short days, so I wasn’t in the yard much. One day while checking on upcoming pruning I noticed tons of black scuff marks on my house’s white siding. I imagine from the old shingles being thrown off of the roof.
