This company is wonderful to work with Wayne Vassallo is very nice man and Honest he told what time and day he would be here with his guys and he didn’t give me the runaround and his guys are as nice as he is and I’m VERY happy with my roof and the goodness how they were careful in everything they did for me. During a recent and severe rain storm, I discovered a roof leak (on a Friday afternoon) that was coming into my gas stove top. Alpha Omega showed up that afternoon. Pablo was professional, knowledgeable and efficient in finding two leaks, repairing them, and even sending me photos later that evening for my documentation. The company was wonderful to respond so quickly, and Pablo was incredible in assessing the situation and taking care of it all in one visit.Additionally, after business hours, Maribeth from the office phoned to make sure everything was ok and follow up on the call.
