“I was very happy with the assistance I received from the Walmart employees in the vision department. They had amazing customer service and helped me quickly; however, the doctors side was not very helpful. I was desperate for vision and guided to come here from the connected Walmart location I go to. Walmart was able to verify to the doctor I have been a customer for a long time. They pulled up my account and prescription no problem and saw that I just placed an order with them days prior. The doctor had still made the executive decision to not honor Walmarts customer service and provide me with a sample contact to hold me over until my order arrived…… I’ve never been denied the service before especially upon verifying my account status. The doctor made me place a whole new order just to get a sample contact. Turns out they only had one eye prescription in stock, thankfully it was the one contact that cracked. I paid $148 with one office just to pay the $148 all over again with them. I received the separate orders the same day so now I have a ton of contacts. It’s disappointing because I really wanted to like this location as it’s close to the hospital I work at. But unfortunately, I won’t be returning.“

“Dr Devin is by far the best Eye Doctor I have seen in my 42 years of wearing contacts. Met him inside Costco over 5 years ago. I won't see anybody else. He performed miracles in that small dark office. Did I mention small?
Over those 5 years, I have worn the multifocal lenses. He prescribes me 2 different types of lenses. My favorite is the Ciba Vision Monthly but they require care but are so durable & easy to wear. But I have learned that having some Dailys on the shelf becomes a lifesaver. I no longer carry my glasses anywhere. I have not worn them in 3 years.
During those 5 years my eyes have improved immensely. Down 1.75 power in my right eye and down 1.25 power in my left. I contribute that to Dr Devin. I still need reading glasses though for the real fine print.
Wish he was still on this side of town but I will gladly make that drive to Daniel Island. That truly is where he belongs. Quality of care is that Great!!
Coming up on my prescription renewal visit so I look forward to seeing the new office.

“I’ve been going here for four years now every January I get a new pair the same girls work there and they are really good at what they do and really kind. I’m the first one to leave a bad review if the service or the product is bad believe me when I tell you this you can probably search my other reviews and see I’m not lying so I don’t understand where they have a 3.4 or any negative comments because I can’t see these girls doing anything besides their best effort. I have no affiliation to them I don’t have to say this I’m just saying it because I just got my fourth pair of glasses in four years and I’m extremely happy and I’ve never had a bad experience . “I purchased my prescription glasses and sunglasses from the one on Main St in Summerville, SC. I got them back in 5 days and I love them and they were not expensive. I paid $290.00 for 2 pairs. They said if anything happens to them just to bring them by free of charge and they would fix them.“
