“I was very happy with the assistance I received from the Walmart employees in the vision department. They had amazing customer service and helped me quickly; however, the doctors side was not very helpful. I was desperate for vision and guided to come here from the connected Walmart location I go to. Walmart was able to verify to the doctor I have been a customer for a long time. They pulled up my account and prescription no problem and saw that I just placed an order with them days prior. The doctor had still made the executive decision to not honor Walmarts customer service and provide me with a sample contact to hold me over until my order arrived…… I’ve never been denied the service before especially upon verifying my account status. The doctor made me place a whole new order just to get a sample contact. Turns out they only had one eye prescription in stock, thankfully it was the one contact that cracked. I paid $148 with one office just to pay the $148 all over again with them. I received the separate orders the same day so now I have a ton of contacts. It’s disappointing because I really wanted to like this location as it’s close to the hospital I work at. But unfortunately, I won’t be returning.“

“I did not have an examination appointment, so I can only speak to the friendly staff in the frame fitting area of the Rivers Ave eyemart. The workers were kind and the customer service was excellent - a sweet lady named Savannah was the person I interacted with. She did her best to help me find the frames I needed, was cheerful throughout the visit, and worked with me to use discount codes that would bring me the best value. Much appreciated!“

“My husband and I both had exams today. Dr McNamara was great in explaining some concerns I had. The staff were all kind and helpful from start to finish. Their prices for my husbands contacts were better than any prices online, and the eyeglass selection for myself were plentiful and reasonable even with the name brands. “I have been going to Dr. Kenney since I was 19 years old I was also his first patient that he saw when he opened his practice. His wife Diane is very helpful and knowledgeable and if she doesn't have an answer for you she will find out for you. His daughter use to work there too as of the last time I visited him. I think all of the problems people are having with the rudeness if any at all should be spoken to Dr. Kenney or his wife Diane instead of posting a bad review on here. I've never had these problems in the 37 years I've been seeing him. Thank all of you for making my experience a good one every time I go there. I hope you and the family are doing well!! “Wanted to leave a review because I came in to see if my glasses, that I ordered online from another retailer, could be adjusted. They were too tight and leaving deep red marks on my nose. He did say they normally won't do adjustments on glasses that they don't sell because they don't want to accidentally damage them. He still assisted me though and now my glasses feel much more comfortable while I am wearing them. He didn't charge me anything, so I felt this was the least I could do to thank him for taking time out of his day to help me out when he didn't have any obligation to.“

“I purchased my prescription glasses and sunglasses from the one on Main St in Summerville, SC. I got them back in 5 days and I love them and they were not expensive. I paid $290.00 for 2 pairs. They said if anything happens to them just to bring them by free of charge and they would fix them.“

“I’ve been going here for four years now every January I get a new pair the same girls work there and they are really good at what they do and really kind. I’m the first one to leave a bad review if the service or the product is bad believe me when I tell you this you can probably search my other reviews and see I’m not lying so I don’t understand where they have a 3.4 or any negative comments because I can’t see these girls doing anything besides their best effort. I have no affiliation to them I don’t have to say this I’m just saying it because I just got my fourth pair of glasses in four years and I’m extremely happy and I’ve never had a bad experience . Next door dr Jaclyn is great too.“
