After my appointment with the optometrist and receiving the prescription for lenses, I went into the store and met with the manager, Melissa, who handled me flawlessly. I was offered so many choices of styles of frames that she claimed. Look good on me and I settled on 1 of 5 that I was shown.Then she told me it would take 2 weeks to get the finished product and I was notified just 8 days later with the perfectly made new transition glasses.I couldn't have been happier with her help. Thank you, Melissa!

My experience at this place was absolutely fabulous. They took the time to explain everything to me, helped me with the insurance beyond belief and had a great experience. And my glasses are absolutely wonderful and they will continue to help me out and the prices from what I understand our great also.

I was very pleased with the service at the Summerville location. I tend to be a bit of a pain when getting new glasses. Both Adrian and Melissa made sure I was happy when I walked out the door!
