“US-K Martial Arts in Fort Mill is a great place to begin building discipline, focus, respect and get in shape while doing so at any age. My son and I take classes twice a week and since then we have felt healthier, grown stronger, more flexible and begun a life long practice of mental and physical discipline.

At the time of this writing there exists a trial program for 50 bucks. If you are at all curious I heavily encourage anyone to take the small personal risk to try something new and come see Master Howie and Instructor Jackson in US-K's Fort Mill location.

If you think you are too out of shape to get started I have to say I shared this sentiment. Master Howie and Instructor Jackson have an outstanding talent in finding your level of ability and ensuring you are challenged without allowing their students to be hurt. Like so many other things in life though, this is something that gives back as much or more of whatever effort you put into it. Get started and the rest will fall into place.“
