Loved the lash lift and tint Maggie did on me, it is so long lasting and look amazing I rarely even use mascara now! I’ve been seeing nicolette for a few years and she always exceeds my expectations. “I haven't had my hair touched in nearly 5 years. It was down to my butt, dead and badly needed done. I had another experience elsewhere with a pretty bad cut and color. Cece came in on her day off and worked absolute magic to get it fixed before a vacation.

She listens to you, she shows you pictures and makes sure she has an understanding of exactly what you want. She'll chat with you, but if you want that moment of silence, shes down for that. I have severe social anxiety and she made the entire experience a breeze. She asked me if I was comfortable, if she was hurting my head, if I needed anything.

I have been in the Charlotte area for 10 years and haven't taken the time for myself and my hair because I was scared I wouldn't find a stylist that suits me. Cece is it.

Although I didn't catch her name, she displayed incredible bravery and quick thinking in a moment of crisis. When a gentleman's car began revving and eventually burst into flames, she sprang into action. Despite the danger, she managed to rescue the man trapped inside the burning vehicle by removing his seatbelt and pulling him to safety. Not stopping there, she grabbed a fire extinguisher from her salon and worked tirelessly to put out the blazing car, leaving a charred spot in the parking lot.
