“I had two fantastic experiences at the Kingsley location. I booked a massage with Clarissa and a blowout with Shelby. The salon has a great vibe. The front desk was friendly and welcoming.
Clarissa, massage therapist, came highly recommended. She was super sweet and warm and extremely talented. She asked all the right questions to customize my massage. Her room was relaxing and comfortable. It was exactly what I needed. She worked extra on my shoulders, when I left, I felt relaxed and have slept great every night since.
My blowout with Shelby, a newer stylist, was a great way to start my Friday morning.
It was a pampering experience and the shampoo massage chairs are an extra bonus. My hair is thick and wavy. She asked how I wanted it styled and I told her to use her creative expertise. Shelby took her time, smoothed it out by round brushing and giving it nice volume. Shelby was easy to talk to and made it a fun experience.
I am visiting family for two weeks and this was a wonderful experience. If I lived here I would definitely be a regular guest!“

“I haven't had my hair touched in nearly 5 years. It was down to my butt, dead and badly needed done. I had another experience elsewhere with a pretty bad cut and color. Cece came in on her day off and worked absolute magic to get it fixed before a vacation.

She listens to you, she shows you pictures and makes sure she has an understanding of exactly what you want. She'll chat with you, but if you want that moment of silence, shes down for that. I have severe social anxiety and she made the entire experience a breeze. She asked me if I was comfortable, if she was hurting my head, if I needed anything.

I have been in the Charlotte area for 10 years and haven't taken the time for myself and my hair because I was scared I wouldn't find a stylist that suits me. Cece is it.

Although I didn't catch her name, she displayed incredible bravery and quick thinking in a moment of crisis. When a gentleman's car began revving and eventually burst into flames, she sprang into action. Despite the danger, she managed to rescue the man trapped inside the burning vehicle by removing his seatbelt and pulling him to safety. Not stopping there, she grabbed a fire extinguisher from her salon and worked tirelessly to put out the blazing car, leaving a charred spot in the parking lot. This woman's heroic actions not only saved a life but also prevented further damage to her business. Her selfless act deserves recognition, and I am truly in awe of her courage, resourcefulness, and compassion for others. She is a local hero in every sense of the word.“
