Easy to make an appointment on the app, arrived and son was seated promptly. Hair was cut as I requested. Got home and noticed a few longer patches of hair that I cut myself. All in all, happy with it.
I really enjoyed my experience at this Great Clips, mostly because of the great service Heather provided! She was very conversational and made me laugh while getting my haircut. On top of this, I came back 20 minutes after my initial haircut due to wanting more cut from the top, and Heather was very understanding and gladly took some more off for me. My hair looks great and I'm excited to come back in the future!
I use the app to reserve a spot in line. Service is excellent! Fast, clean lines, good looking haircut. This is my haircut place of choice. Wheelchair accessible from parking to inside the store. Parking lot does get busy as this is a busy area.
