They are efficient, they do a lot of in-house work which is great, and all of the PNs and administrative staff have always been helpful and friendly (which I think is difficult to find nowadays). Dr. Mouacheupao is attentive and thorough and I've been impressed with the practice as a whole.“

They listen and try to get you an appointment as soon as possible if needed. When I started going to Westside Internal Medicine, I received information on everything needed about their office...payments, office visits, cancellations, prescriptions, and well checks. I have not had any problems in this office.I always bring my RX meds into the office. I have had to change appointments but not much and usually far in advance. I have been treated very well. I am not related to anyone in this office or know any of their family!“
