When the paperwork from my last appointment with my previous primary care physician, and which contained an up to date medical history, along with a complete list of medications, could not be found, and which had been dropped off some weeks prior to the appointment, Dr Richardson's nurse (sorry, I can't recall her name)patiently typed it in. It put them, I'm sure quite behind. Cudos to her keeping her "cool". Dr Richardson, extended a handshake & a very warm, cordial, smiley greeting. I look forward to his being my primary care physician.“
