“I've been going to 20/20 for over 10 years. Dr Shake is the absolute best in Horry County, and I've been to some others. Everyone at 20/20 is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have very complex vision issues which make getting glasses pretty difficult. Dr Shake has gotten my prescription 100% perfect 100% of the time. I tried other eyeglass providers in the area when my employer insurance changed and wasted hundreds of dollars on multiple pairs of glasses I could never wear. I ended up using the same glasses Dr Shake prescribed 3 years ago, and they still worked better than the brand new ones from somewhere else. I'd rather go out of network to see Dr Shake and pay out of pocket than to risk my sight with anyone else. Tracey is also amazing! She helped me find the perfect frames every time I've gotten them there, from my first pair back in 2012, which I still have, but with updated lenses, to the special pair I needed for long hours of computer work, to my most recent everyday pair. Tracey knew EXACTLY the right shape, style, color and finish for my face and my esthetic preferences. I would recommend 20/20 and have recommended them many times over the years.“

“They are exceptional. I like it because they are a one step vision center. You get sn exam and go to the next door building with your prescription. They are extremely efficient. They make you glasses on sight. The staff is terrific, kind and treats every person with respect.I had an eye emergency I was brought right in and looked at immediately. Dr. Heather knows her stuff and I was fortunate that I didn't have to have any emergency treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable and I trust her judgment.“
