I've been going to 20/20 for over 10 years. Dr Shake is the absolute best in Horry County, and I've been to some others. Everyone at 20/20 is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have very complex vision issues which make getting glasses pretty difficult. Dr Shake has gotten my prescription 100% perfect 100% of the time. I tried other eyeglass providers in the area when my employer insurance changed and wasted hundreds of dollars on multiple pairs of glasses I could never wear. I ended up using the same glasses Dr Shake prescribed 3 years ago, and they still worked better than the brand new ones from somewhere else. Be prepared to pay to get your PD even if you’ve gotten your eye exam there. Otherwise, the visit was very pleasant and the Doctor and his assistant were very friendly and helpful.

quick and easy appointment and very helpful and kind staff! Mistakingly thought I lost my AirPods in the shop and the staff was extremely generous with their time to help me find them! Definitely recommend 20/20 Eyewear!
