Dowdy Rudolph Chiropractic Physical Therapy

“I’ve had two recent visits about longstanding pain issues. Soundwave therapy has been very promising so far. First pain area seems to be completely better after one treatment. Second area, more complicated, was treated today so it may take a few days to judge full results but am experiencing some improvement already. Definitely happy with my treatment at Dowdy Rudolph Chiropractic.“

LMC Irmo: Rehab Services Physical Therapy

“I don’t post reviews, but I really wanted to share how great my experience was at this location.I’ve been receiving physical therapy here from Aug 9, 2022-Dec 14, 2022 and let’s just say this place became family to me. I had a year old injury that caused me so many problems that shockingly disappeared when I hurt my back lifting one day July 8 & July 11th 2022. Thinking it was just a sharp pain and I’d be back on my feet in a few days. Well that turned into 3 weeks of debilitating pain and a ER visit that resulted in medication. Unable to walk, stand, sit, and being so weak from the pain and just plain miserable. With MRI, X-Rays being normal and doctors saying give it time you’re 28 everything will heal wasn’t much encouragement. Started Physical therapy and having people there who wanted to know how I was feeling or experiencing, letting me know my symptoms are important and aren’t just in my head was very encouraging. From me going from lifting TVs, furniture, ride on vehicle, walking 20k steps a day and more at target for 3 years to nothing was extremely heartbreaking. I’m starting all over again! But 4-5 months later I can say I’m closer to being back to my old self (yes I will continue taking it easy and work my way back fully), but if it wasn’t for everything and everyone at this location I don’t know where my life would be other than laying in bed in pain, and even that was painful! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, encouraging, made you laugh, everyone worked together helping each other out whether it’s exercises, symptoms, patient’s, and more. For this being the only freedom for sometime by going to therapy and doing exercises at home it was definitely something I looked forward to, and with this being my last visit it’s definitely heartbreaking for me because they really cared for and about me.So many times I thought it was something I did wrong, or something that I’m making up in my head. But the in-depth conversation on the layout of the body and it’s muscles, tendons, etc made me realize the body is very mysterious to those who don’t know it, but when your symptoms are analyzed and understood by them everything clicks and makes sense. The goals laid out for me I checked them off, I can sit, stand, walk a lot longer than I could months back. And I’m proud of how far I’ve come, if it took 8 months or more to reach it, it would’ve been fine because the people here makes it so worth it. So if you’re looking for a physical therapy location please try them out you won’t regret it.Thank you, Lisa and Kathy up front, I enjoyed seeing y’all whenever I checked in, and getting me scheduled or added to a waiting list for follow up visits! Aaron, Katie, Katie, LeAnn, Kevin, Amy, Meredith, and the other PTs I didn’t list I’m sorry it’s a lot of y’all but thank y’all for everything. I’ve definitely ended this year on a great note! And I’ll definitely miss seeing everyone! My husband was also a patient about a year or two ago, who was seeing Kevin after he had some shoulder issues after a car accident and he referred me to this location. Edwin(Jay) so y’all have helped us both and we are very thankful of that. And if my review helps anyone’s decision in visiting let them know Bubbly ( Champayne) sent you!“
