She encouraged my wife to follow a personal exercise regimen and helped train her how to do the exercises in between visits to The Sigurd Center.Their treatment facility was spotlessly clean, fresh, and had excellent equipment.We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy — they get results.“

“Dr. Connor and his team have been amazing and helping me rehab from a herniated desk. They helped me with pain management so that I was able to come off if all of the medications that I was taking. Dr. Connor is reasonable with his treatment plan, molding it to meet my needs. We do the decompression therapy as I need it. Everyone is so kind and caring! No doubt they helped me with my recovery!!
