I had the pleasure of attending small group classes at Irontribe led by both Aaron and Troy during my stay in Charleston and the experience was fantastic. Aaron and Troy are true fitness professionals- knowledgeable, encouraging, and patient when teaching new exercises. I cannot recommend Irontribe enough to those looking for a fun yet challenging fitness experience!
I’m a member of Iron Tribe in downtown Birmingham and stopped by this gym during a vacation and it was top notch. Loved that I was able to get the same experience and quality coaching as if I was at home. Coaches were very uplifting!
Incredible gym with awesome coaches! They have both group classes as well as personal training! Both the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and supportive! I can’t recommend it enough!
