Awful experience for myself that I'm not going to get into details on but after 7 years of being with practice I'm extremely disappointed in the Dentist and her Office manager at how everything was handled. Had a appointment for May 6th scheduled two months ahead of time get a call the dentist will be out I have to be reschedule for June 20th 4 months after the cavity was found so now I have a crying child with a bad cavity and swollen cheek that we had been trying to make it until the 6th they were supposed to call an antibiotic and pain meds on Wednesday still nothing called in today on top of the other situation that was totally out of my control and we won't discuss. My child is 7 and this was her first dentist at 2 years old I am totally and completely disappointed in the entire practice but especially the office manager and how she managed her office, appointments and our situation. They discharged and referred me to a new dentist appointment isn't until the same day June 20th 4 months after her cleaning and X-rays. Can't say enough how disappointed I am in them and how everything was handled as well as still not having a antibiotic or pain meds for my child. Just be forewarned if you have any issues they will discharge without warning or notice but a letter in the mail.

They are wonderful with children. and very professional. I am very pleased with their care and wonderful work with my Grandson.
