I am not Happy at all . You will not receive a call back ( no matter how much you hurt , I had to call 2 x to get my antibiotics called in after the procedure ) and since then I called and left several messages and haven’t gotten the first call back and that’s frustrating ( since feb) and I called every other day and then I said the hell with it I just deal with it ?) . Literally in tears . Nothing feels right in what I had done. I can’t eat right much less trying to go out and eat. My brother ask me what was wrong with my Mouth it looks weird he asked me if I had a stroke ? Then my daughter said Mom your mouth looks weird ! Appointment at 11:30 for inspection of teeth. Complete set of x rays taken. They checked gums for disease. Then Dentist came in. Reviewed all findings. Checked areas that concerned me and then some, told me steps they could take to correct. Met with consultant on cost of work needed. Everything was detailed out with cost. Gave me copy of everything including xray. They are a preferred provider with my insurance. Which I definitely wanted. Knew the steps that needed to be taken to improve my dental care. Out the door at 12:55.

I am a 100% disabled veteran and had 2 back teeth that were abscessed and the Clovis VA did nothing at all, not even looked in my mouth. I went to Aspen dental and they gave me a free exam, free panoramic CT, free, panoramic x-ray and told me that I was close to being septic. They contacted another oral surgeon that got me in to have both teeth removed, same day, before I ended up in the hospital with sepsis. This place is amazing.
