“I have taken my children to MEDCare over the years for things like strep throat, flu, Covid, broken bones, stitches, and more, and have consistently gotten excellent care. These doctors are the friendliest doctors I have ever met. My children have always felt at ease here, even though doctor visits can sometimes be scary. I highly recommend this establishment. It’s very easy to set up an appointment and check in ahead of time, making the office experience a matter of simply walking and waiting for one’s name to be called.“

“I have been coming to Dr Patel and NP Young for almost two years! It has been a good experience for me. The doctor and NP are nice, caring and helpful. Their staff is also very nice. They listen and try to get you an appointment as soon as possible if needed. When I started going to Westside Internal Medicine, I received information on everything needed about their office...payments, office visits, cancellations, prescriptions, and well checks. I have not had any problems in this office.I always bring my RX meds into the office. I have had to change appointments but not much and usually far in advance. I have been treated very well. I am not related to anyone in this office or know any of their family!“

“I have been going to Westgate Family for 35 yrs. Started with Dr.Jackson until he moved on. Now I see the Nurse Practitioner, Amanda Haltiwanger. Started seeing her during covid and stuck with her. She is fantastic, Very thorough. Just not as a NP but gets to know you as a person. Extremely knowledgeable and makes you comfortable in every visit. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff is friendly, very clean and good atmosphere. Wait times are spot on“

They are efficient, they do a lot of in-house work which is great, and all of the PNs and administrative staff have always been helpful and friendly (which I think is difficult to find nowadays). “I went in with a serious concern with a golf ball sized cyst on ovary after having a hysterectomy one month ago...pretty scary possible contortion of ovary...thank the Lord it wasn't but I couldn't have asked for more better care from my wonderful nurse in the ER (KAREN) and the ultrasound tech was the best tech I've ever come in contact with (Michael)!!!! “The medical clinic team here is kind and care for what they can do to help others.
This facility still uses an outdated practice of having patients fast before checking cholesterol levels which creates an unnecessary burden for patients who take medications with meals. The American College of Cardiology guidelines indicate cholesterol checks can be done with or without fasting. I hope they can update their practice to better help the patients they serve and remove that burden.

The building also has a pharmacy with affordable prices for those without prescription insurance coverage with a superb team. Highly recommend, thank you all!“
