My 12 year old daughter was having a severe allergic reaction. This facility was polite and acted quickly to monitor my child and get her the needed medications and follow-up treatment. Anastasia made sure we had everything we needed in the room while they monitored her symptoms. Thank you for a great experience!

We have had the most amazing and friendly staff you could ever ask for, especially Dr Amanda Leonard she was so great with my 3 years old son. I would highly recommend this place, and we are lucky to have them so close to us, knowing that they will take great care of your needs! thanks again for everything

Best experience ever! This team was more efficient than any scheduled doctor appt. In less than hour, I was seen, X-Rayed, (broke my wrist in two places), splinted, and had the referral to Orthopedics. Special thanks to Amanda, Kendra and Harley. YOU LADIES ABSOLUTELY ROCK!

Urgent Care Boiling Springs is located at 2746 Boiling Springs Rd, Boiling SC 29316 near Valley Falls Rd. AFC Urgent Care offers physician-led medical services for children to senior patients on a walk-in basis. Walk-in for TB & STD Testing, Routine Vaccinations, Bronchitis, Sinusitis & Seasonal Allergies Treatment. Our walk-in clinic provides stitches & bandaging for physical injuries & X-ray services for suspected pneumonia, fractures & broken bones. Additionally, we are a Travel Clinic providing vaccines for international travel. And we have an Occupational Medical Physician who provides workers comp injury & illness treatments, drug testing & a Medical Examiner who provides DOT Physicals.
