“It has been since 2022 that I chose Dr. Bannenahally as our family dentist. My whole family has been seeing her. My husband does his routine cleaning and exams. My 16-year-old son also does his routine cleaning and exams with her. My 21-year-old daughter completed a treatment plan that consisted of about 12 visits this past year plus her routine cleaning and exams. I myself had a treatment plan of about three visits and my routine cleaning and exams. We moved from California, and it did take me about several months to choose a dentist that would feel comfortable for me and my family. Let me start with the dental receptionists, they are knowledgeable (which is important) friendly, professional and quick to find the right appointments, solutions, payments, and explanations of bills and procedures. Jessica has been our go to person even though we just met David too. We all have different dental hygienist, but Simone is mine and I love her attentiveness to her work, it is superb. Then you have the dental assistant, they have strong communication with you and are friendly and of course knowledgeable. Let's not forget funny (important when you are feeling anxious). My daughter and I usually get offered blankets if we are having a procedure done. That really helps us feel comfortable. Last, but not least is our dentist, she is warm and patient and always asks if we are doing okay with our procedures. I can say that she has the right experience for our needs. We have not encountered an issue with this office, excellent customer service from everyone there. I truly recommend Premier Dentistry of Blythewood to family or individuals who which to work on their smile. Thank you everyone for making our smiles brighter.“
