“I cannot say enough great things about this dentistry office. The office itself is clean and in good condition, but the best of this office is definitely the staff and owners. Every last person I have interacted with is beyond courteous, kind, and understanding. They are often very busy and booked in advanced, but they honestly do their best with getting in early for emergency situations. I recommend this place for everyone, in any dental situation.I have United Concordia Tricare Dental Plan, and all services I have received have been covered at least partially for services beyond the basic cleaning and films (100% covered).“

“Dr Lee was absolutely wonderful. I had a repair done of a tooth and unfortunately I had a migraine at the time. Dr Lee and his assistant were very accommodating and turned off the light to help my headache. I don’t believe I have ever experienced such kindness and compassion. He is so kind hearted and knowledgeable. His staff is absolutely lovely as well. I never had a bad experience with his office. Can’t recommend enough!“

“Dr Speller is so kind and gentle. You can really tell she loves what she does and it shows! She has so much patience with children and the parents. However, the reception staff could use some work. When we checked in we weren't greeted pleasantly which was a surprise. The other times we never experienced a issue. The rest of our visit for my son went well until we checked out. The young lady at checkout had her back to us talking with the the dental assistant. She then turned around in a very rude tone and asked "Are ya'll waiting on a school excuse or something?" To which i replied yes we are. She reacted like we were disturbing her and she seemed very annoyed. She asked if we needed a reminder about my son's cleaning to which I asked my husband if he had one but ultimately said yes. She was already writing the excuse but she kept mumbling under breath the whole time. Her whole demeanor was very unpleasant which was completely different from our last experience. Maybe it was a off day, but the attitude was very un necessary. Both young ladies were very monotone and dry like they did not want to be at work. I give Dr. Speller a 5 star rating but for her reception staff, I had to give 4 stars. It's such a stark contrast going from unpleasant reception staff to a super friendly and bright dentist.“
