“Hi, Just a short message to let everybody know that ServiceMaster of Beaufort is fabulously great. I had a mold problem in the Master bath and bedroom. Not only did the inspection within 3 day of my call, they were able to schedule the demolition and mold remediation within a week. Adam, Gregoria, and Victor set to work first thing Thursday morning, then Victor and Gregoria finished the demolition by 5 PM. Their work ethic is stupendous and amazing. Wonderful people! Not only that but the owners, Jaime and Jim were checking in every so often to see how it was going. Service like this is beyond valuable. We are supremely grateful that this company help us out after we got by another vendor (i.e. check Yelp review for ServPro of Beaufort county.) ServiceMaster, you are top notch. “Adam is the owner of this company out of Savannah and he’s an absolute pleasure to work with. We had an extreme leak that lead to a lot of water damage, and he came through and thoroughly inspected the extent of the damage to ensure that we wouldn’t have any mold or internal issues later. He’s honest and not out for money, but for quality work and peace of mind. He went above and beyond and actually found more damage than we initially could see, and put my mind at ease with making sure it was all completely fixed before the job was done. He’s also super timely and easy to schedule with, and keeps open lines of communication with updates the entire time, even when he’s not actively here doing the work. We had to have a dehumidifier set up over a long weekend and he kept us up to date throughout the weekend with when he would be back the following week to follow up, and what the options would be moving forward with the next steps to repair the damage. I’d recommend this company 1000x over!“

“I was so pleased with High Tide Restoration & Cleaning. It all started with a phone call from Amanda regarding my request for an appointment. Amanda was able to send a crew out the next day. Alex and Lucas examined my rug. They could not clean it because it was composed of jute. They assured me that it really didn't need to be cleaned. It looked stain-free and odor was not detected. I appreciated their honesty. Even though I didn't get my rug cleaned, High Tide Restoration & Cleaning did not take advantage of me. I think that deserves 5 stars.“
