I can not recommend Sew Beaufort enough! After having a couple kids, I had about 5 dresses I needed altered. She did a fantastic job!! One dress she really had to reimagine and it turned out beautiful. She worked with my short timeline, especially since I brought in a lot for her to work on. All around, it was an amazing experience.

I did my homework and had 5 companies come to my house with estimates. From an overall perspective including everything from price, to willingness to work with me on several issues others were not, to salesman product knowledge, to timeliness of installation, to professionalism of technician, to listening to my concerns Selectric checked all the boxes and made me feel most comfortable with my final decision. There may be an endless choice of hair salons these days, but finding a stylist with expert technical cutting skill is not so easy. After two years of bad experiences in New York, I have found Cheryl at Michael's, and she has restored my hair to its former glory. I can highly recommend this great stylist. There's plenty of free parking right outside of Michael's, too. What's not to love?

I've been there 3 times so far. 1 ok cut, 1 good cut. Other 1 person was working so an hour wait and ai didn't stay. Good prices though.
I was a bit concerned about my hair cut. About 5 minutes into the cut the person cut my hair turned on her phone and started to watch a movie. I did not know what to do. Say something and make her mad and who knows what my hair would look like. Or keep my comments to myself. Hair cut turned out OK. Just wanted to get this off my chest. I have learned the people in general do not multi-task well.
Stylist: Donnie Crossman has been cutting my hair for a year and a half. Great cut, friendly kid and FUNNY in a Michigan kind of way. He knows what he’s doing and is an asset to low country barbers.

These Guys are Professionals with a little bit of humor. Mr. Glover has been cutting my son's hair for nearly 4 years now and never, NEVER has he even come close to a nick or cut on my son's delicate scalp. In fact, during his shape-up, my son sneezed without warning and Mr. Glover's quick reflexes saved my boy from getting a "George Jefferson"!Each of these Gentlemen are experts in cutting different typess and textures of hair regardless of the client's ethnic background. Called and they worked me in without an appointment. Moved from Greenville and needed a new barber. Ken and his Father welcomed me with a hand shake. Cannot say enough great things about this shop. I highly recommend this barber shop! I've been a regular for a couple of years and have never had a bad experience. Every barber is skilled, so I never worry about who will cut my hair. The shop is always clean and well-maintained, and they even have an ATM on-site for cash if you need it. I usually visit on weekdays, as weekends can get busy. Overall, I strongly encourage you to check it out!

It's best to have an appointment. I walked in for a pedicure and waited almost an hour but the quality is good and atmosphere is nice.
Made an appointment with Brittany and did an awesomely job with my pedicure, best in a very long time. Decided at the last minute to do a dip manicure and it was also awesome she's very detailed. The owners did have their kids in there so it wasn't spa like, but if that's what you want then go to the damn spa. In this day and age aren't most working from home with children or having them with us all of the time anyway??? If you want great service, attention to details, and from what I saw a pretty clean place and decent rates then go and ask for Brittany. If not then it's your loss!!!!

I loved how my nails turned out! I came in an hour before they closed for a mani pedi and they welcomed me and weren’t in a rush to leave. The lady I had, Emily, went a half hour past closing and took time to make it perfect. She’s the best! I would definitely recommend to come and I will be back.

One personal service that is hard to find is someone who can cut hair well. Catie at Bangs is the real deal. She is an experienced professional who is friendly, personable and always on time. Her hair cutting service is so exceptional that I drive practically an hour to Bangs from HHI for a haircut. I love Catie and I live Bangs!

Kathleen did a phenomenal job on my bridal makeup! She gave me exactly what I wanted, which was glam but still looked like me. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, and love how it turned out in photos. Beyond that, the makeup lasted through the entire day, which involved a lot of walking and dancing outdoors in the late June heat. Beyond the beautiful makeup, Kathleen was so sweet and professional, arriving on time and prepared, as well as really great with communication when we were figuring out logistics. From the start, Kintz Electric was top notch! Kelly was friendly and professional and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism shown by our technicians, Anthony and Kirby. They were efficient, knowledgeable, careful of the project site, and left the space clean. Likewise, we were pleased with the cost. We are anticipating a couple more lighting projects and will call Kintz Electric when that time comes.
Guys that came out did a good job and were personable. Installations look good with minimal damage to repair. However, they estimated the time wrong, which was obvious to even me that two guys wouldn't get everything done in a day. So, we had to have them come out again days later, which was a bit of a hassle. Had to call their office a few times to get the process going at the start of the whole thing too. They didn't inform me of the first scheduling either, had to call to find out. They just said we will get you on the books and then they ghosted me for a week, so I had to bug them to even know when it would happen. Also, when I got the invoice, it was setup to be a bank drafted payment only, that was never mentioned at all. I would have preferred to use a credit card. Sooooo, I'd say the site staff was great, but the office staff definitely needs some more work and effort put in on their side.

Haven't actually had anything built by them yet. But they are building a house for my parents and went and took a look at a lot we were interested in buying to tell us if it would be a good lot to buy. Turns out it was not. They could have charged us a lot of money to get the lot buildable but told us we could keep looking So they turned away potential short term business in exchange for trust. That's big in my book. I will buy a plot of land in Beaufort and they will be my builders when it happens.

We had a large oak tree suddenly die so I called Southern Tree Services to have it taken down. Because of their back log due to Hurricanes Helena and Milto hitting our area they advised it would be several weeks before they could help us. Unfortunately, the tree then leaned into our house causing some damage. I called Southern Tree back and advised them of the situation and they moved my original service date up eleven days!! That is customer service above and beyond. Their crew was professional, efficient and left our property spotless. If you need anything kind of tree service, consider no one other than Southern Tree Services.

Best place hands down to care for your smile! The entire team is amazing, understanding and caring! Hygienists always offering great tips as well as education. Marshlands can take care of kids as well as adults. They have amazing state of the art equipment to care for your needs. I was amazed that they were able to create a crown in house for me. I only had to wait an hour! They have a tool that they use to measure the tooth that needs to be created. I didn't have to wait at all for them to make adjustments. It fit like a glove FIRST TIME! we are so sad that relocation has caused us to separate. But if we move back to the area, we will be back! I know this sounds like an advertisement, but our family was so happy to have had them on our side while we were local! Thank you!!!!

After seeing several doctors about pain issues and going through an expensive and ineffective physical therapy program, some colleagues suggested I try Optimal Health Chiropractic. After a comprehensive analysis and a few weeks of treatment, I am feeling significantly better. We came from Lawrenceburg, Indiana for my sons Marine Bootcamp graduation. We were staying for a week and decided to board our sweet havashire Chloe. With not much notice or research I took a chance on Beaufort Dog after talking to them and touring their facility. I was nervous because she had never been boarded before and was only 8 months old but they were fantastic! She stayed 3 days while we did the long days on Parris Island. They sent me videos and pictures and were so sweet. I had her groomed before pick up and she was so happy and very well taken care of. I highly recommend them.
