Employees are very friendly but can't cut great. Second time going was trying to give them another chance. But have to say a very friendly atmosphere won't go back. But not giving it a bad review because maybe your cut will be greater than mine

I was visiting from out of town and needed a cut. I was very nervous trying someone new. My stylist was Ruth. She was absolutely amazing! Her skill level is better than most high end salons I have been too in the past. I have to say that this is the best cut I have ever had. She explained everything she was doing and the cut is perfect!!! I would highly recommend Ruth to everyone!

Showed up about 5 minutes before closing, and surprisingly none of the employees seemed annoyed. I used to be in the service industry, and I know how it can be. The stylist promptly sat me in a chair, I gave her some basic guidelines, and she nailed my haircut. I have been to several of the local Great Clip locations, and this particular store seems to have a well trained staff. She knocked out my haircut, and I was out the door in less than 10 mins. Pre-Covid, a fairly run of the mill haircut. This was def a Top 3 service experience post-Covid. It gave me hope that maybe one day we will get back to some semblance of speed and ease at which we all used to be able to accomplish...read full review
