“We have used Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath for three different homes over the past 6 years. Each time we have been extremely happy with their professionalism, attention to detail, follow-through and the ability to complete work exactly on time. The latest project was a multi-room renovation of our kitchen, powder room and the primary bathroom.

Our design consultant, Kingsley Catalucci, has always been a great listener who is collaborative in the design process and takes pride in making the design experience fulfilling for the customer. Scott Erno, who was our project manager all three times, is a consummate professional who cares about his work and is meticulous in completing his work to the highest standards. Scott was on the job every day, making sure that work was proceeding according to schedule and that it was done at the highest level of workmanship. Our design build coordinator, Craig Berube, is very accommodating and helpful. In addition, he caught a number of plumbing and electrical problems that needed to be addressed as well as a gas leak we were not aware of.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied customers and honestly couldn’t imagine having a better experience with the renovation process. From the first design meeting with Kingsley to the on-time completion of the project, Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath exceeded all of our expectations. RIKB is a top notch company from top to bottom and it runs like a well-oiled machine.

“As an architectural photographer, I have had the occasion to photograph a few of Tegan and Company’s projects in the past couple of years. The one thing that stands out is the uppermost quality of craftsmanship throughout. It could be a tight mitre cut and join or the smooth grout lines in tile work or even the consistent spacing of fasteners on a deck surface. All ‘little things’ to many GCs that get overlooked, but not to Tegan and Company and his team. They follow through on the little things so the big things really shine. If you need a GC, they should be on your short list.“

We didn’t think we could change the layout since the kitchen is not very big and there is no room for expansion. But because of Heather’s expertise and thoughtful approach, we have an entirely new kitchen design that gives us considerably more cabinet and counter space, as well as a much better work flow. My husband and I now each have our own work station with convenient appliance placement and beautiful cabinetry that gives us immediate access to whatever we need - even large platters, carving boards, mixers, and processors.
