“As an architectural photographer, I have had the occasion to photograph a few of Tegan and Company’s projects in the past couple of years. The one thing that stands out is the uppermost quality of craftsmanship throughout. It could be a tight mitre cut and join or the smooth grout lines in tile work or even the consistent spacing of fasteners on a deck surface. All ‘little things’ to many GCs that get overlooked, but not to Tegan and Company and his team. They follow through on the little things so the big things really shine. If you need a GC, they should be on your short list.“

“I found RIKB to be a pleasure to work with. We just re-did our kitchen.The designer was helpful in terms of assisting with small details that I really didn't have time for. She provided me a few designs / price points to choose from and I found them to be transparent with their pricing.Remodel stayed on schedule, which was huge for us. (I was 7.5-8mo pregnant at the start of the work, so I was concerned about timing) The quality of the work seems to be high, no issues so far. Their crew was pleasant to have in our home. (Respectful of napping toddler, pets, friendly, clean! etc.) Scotty, our project manager was great. Other reviews comment on them being overpriced, but unfortunately any quality home re-model will be expensive these days. RIKB handled everything from start to finish and allowed me to be as stress free as possible. Would use them again.“

“We recently renovated our kitchen with the help of Heather from the Heritage Kitchen Design Center. We didn’t think we could change the layout since the kitchen is not very big and there is no room for expansion. But because of Heather’s expertise and thoughtful approach, we have an entirely new kitchen design that gives us considerably more cabinet and counter space, as well as a much better work flow. My husband and I now each have our own work station with convenient appliance placement and beautiful cabinetry that gives us immediate access to whatever we need - even large platters, carving boards, mixers, and processors.
