Dr. Levin and Dr. Calenda are fantastic. This rating is for the check out person. 2 years in a row now she tried to charge me $30 co-pay. I have a no co-pay annual eye exam through my insurance.
It was as if I personally attacked her! She became rude and belligerent. Last year I refused to pay it. It came through my insurance $0 co-pay. This year I did the same, then called my insurance company. How many people do they do this to? Retired folks with a fixed income. I am filing a complaint and going to a new doctor.

I have been a patient for years. I purchased my eye glasses from Calenda because they told me if I ever had a problem with my glasses to come in anytime, I walked in to an empty office and the person I dealt with is no longer there. Her replacement is out sick and would probably be out all week. They told me to take my broken glasses and call back in a week. I ask if they could please take my name and number and the glasses and call me when someone is able to look ay them. I explained that this would at the very least save me the trip in. Absolutely not and they sent me on my way. If you don't want to see then this is the place for you.

The most RUDE and ARROGANT receptionists I have ever seen in a medical field. Nasty with patients on the phone and in person. If you are that unhappy with your job, QUIT and go work where you don’t have to be in any type of contact with people. VERY POOR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. There should be a MINUS STAR Rating. They would be a MINUS 50.
