“I would like to commend AMA of Smithfield for their service to the community. They provided turkeys and items to people this Thanksgiving. My neighbor received a basket with a note of encouraging words. It demonstrates the true meanin of the martial arts in providing an example to their students of awareness for others and to treat them with kindess and empathy!!. Thank you“

“I have been coming to Villari's Martial Arts Center after finishing pt for a total hip replacement. I have been attending the class Tai Chi for Arthritis. In addition to Tai Chi, Master Leong has also been instructing the class in stretches that have helped my flexibility with my hip. In talking with Master Leong, she has studied with instructors in order to develop this class. In September of 2020, I moved from the Tai Chi for Arthritis to practicing "regular" Tai Chi. I have found it to be very beneficial with my balance and movement. I would highly recommend trying Tai Chi.“

175 Eddie Dowling Hwy, North Smithfield“I am not really interested in stereotypical martial arts, with all the yelling, mysticism, and competition. There isn't any of that here. Just evidence-based self defense techniques that rely on physics more than muscle. The Sensei and several of the black belts are very open and helpful with a teaching mindset.“
