Very nice Martial Arts center and programs. Teaches very well and really pushes you to do your best, persevering and always working hard. The self discipline here is very much valued and if you have trouble with something, they will help you. It is very hard to get a black belt here and it's not like other centers that scam you for it. Personally, the $125 per month(basic training program) and the $150 per month(black belt training program) is very much worth it and I recommend it for beginners, and even recommend martial arts "veterans" to come here. The location is very nice to, and isn't too big, but not too small.

Had my son for almost a year doing karate, it has been the best idea for an extra activity after school because of the nice location, balance of learning a new sport and encouraging to be better in life, and well trained teachers that make kids give their best and improve their skills not only in karate and discipline but also in their life out of the dojo.

Excellent and caring staff at PMA east. My son loves going to class, he gets a great physical workout, and I love the monthly themes that emphasize and encourage positive self image and emotional growth.
