“Great doctors but atrocious claim processing.We used Dr Hawkins for several years until we moved to Florida and I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and attentive.Their claim processing is in Florida (it’s a large company) and for six months now they cannot straighten a Medicare claim. I spent hours calling them and Medicare only to find out that they should have called Medicare provider line themselves - something they refuse to do.“
