Great doctors but atrocious claim processing.We used Dr Hawkins for several years until we moved to Florida and I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and attentive.Their claim processing is in Florida (it’s a large company) and for six months now they cannot straighten a Medicare claim. I spent hours calling them and Medicare only to find out that they should have called Medicare provider line themselves - something they refuse to do.

Dr. Hawkins was absolutely amazing! The entire staff were super friendly and professional. As a first time patient I was very impressed. The office is very clean and the building is easy to find. The price of my services were super affordable compared to the prices I was about to pay in Boston.

I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, professional staff than the office of Advance Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - East Greenwich. Dr Hawkins is not only incredibly friendly but also vastly knowledgeable in the field of dermatology. His "bedside" manner put me immediately at ease and his exam was thorough and quick. Looking forward to my next yearly exam 2023. Until then please pass me the sunblock. :)
