“Benjamin Frink with Badger Realty was a life saver not just once, but twice. I went to Ben after seeing one realtor who was very unresponsive and just didn't understand what I/we were looking for. I know I didn't make it easy for Ben either. I had him show me/us at least 30+ houses between MA, CT and RI. He helped my husband (at the time) and I buy our first home together in 2016, then later down the road when life happens and things don't work out, he then also helped us sell our home in 2018. Ben made what can be a very stressful process seem so seamless. We all had a few meals together, went on motorcycle rides and spent time together while Ben went out of his way to get to know us and what exactly we were looking for. To speak even more highly, the first time home we bought was in Connecticut where the agency was not yet licensed. “Corina was extremely knowledgeable of the market and recommended professionals to assist me. I first contacted Corina when she sent me an introductory letter and I was considering downsizing. Corina never got frustrated with me because of my indecision with my downsizing options. It took me six years to finally decide which was best for me, a mobile home or a condo. I changed my mind often and refused to list my home until I found an ideal replacement for it. Through it all Corina was very patient and never pressured me but she just knew what to do when the time was right.
