Gilbane owns property that is near a parking lot that in which there is broken pavement the property in the parking lot section. The owners know this that somebody could get injured but to no results and /or avail.The location is near a bus stop at Broad Street and Fenner Street.There is a tree stump and that is the result of broken pavement.

​ Broad Street and Fenner Street, it is the scene to which there is broken on the floor and gilbane properties have known about this . The only reason why they're not attending to this is because they are in an urban neighborhood, countless of times there has been made for this company to fix the broken pavement but they have refused . Any individual could end up getting hurt by this including suffering a broken ankle . And yet gilbane has been made aware of this with no results being given . Have them repair the sidewalk it is disgusting that people have to walk through this and oh by the way if you're asking how many years it's been I have brought this to their attention for 5 years .
