“So many times they have been able to give us same day appointments. Our regular vet recently changed their policy - no more wait-list, and we'd have to call exactly at 8am to get a same-day appointment. I work with offshore team, and at 8am I usually would be jumping from one meeting to another. So thankful Dr Scott and her new facility is around! We went from a one-off one time same-day sick appointment to a regular patient. And oh they retrieved one porcupine quill from our dog. Saving us another trip to the emergency vet down in E Greenwich.“

“Uxbridge Animal Hospital, Dr. Cowan was recommended to us by our Vet for our little girls spay, baby teeth removal and microchip. From the moment we walked in the staff was wonderful! Welcoming, kind and caring with clear direction and full explanation of all services that were needed. They also followed up the very next morning to be certain our little girl was doing just fine and there were no problems. We are so pleased and we will continue to come here for emergency services when our regular Vet is not available.“

We have a very large, young, male dog who is particular and still learning, so we had some special requests (to be let in and out without other dogs around, doesn’t do well with male drs, to use a muzzle during care) that were accommodated without question! He received vaccines, which he is not a fan of and had blood work that went exceptionally well because of the kind, patient and caring nature of the tech Marina and Dr. Fielding. When we moved to RI and finding a new Vet was stressful but we couldn’t be happier with Abbott Valley and will be with them forever! Thank you from all of us, especially Enzo!“

“I brought my 2 yr old Cane Corso ( Italian Mastiff) to Scituate Animal Hospital, to have surgery done on her knee by Dr. David Clark. Dr. Oneil who owns the practice. Saw Delilah first, she was very good with her. Donna and the rest of the staff, were amazing, extremely helpful and patient. They really care about the fur babies, and they are there to answer any questions you may have. If Delilah needs orthopedic Surgery on her other knee, we will go back there. A huge Thank You to Dr. David Clark, Dr. O'Neil, Donna and the rest of the staff at Scituate Animal Hospital !!“

“The Vets at Ocean State Equine have been up to my boarding facility in Freetown, Massachusetts to see my horse, Duke, 2 times. The Vets and their Vet Techs really know horses and they work quickly and efficiently. They are really nice people.They are also gentle and patient with Duke. All they do is horses and ponies, so you know your horse is going to get the best care.“

“nope horrible.. they tried to say i abused there staff n that my cat will no longer be client there rite before her rabies apt.. n when I asked why they won't see her anymore they just hung up.. I had to have my sister call n fond out why they told her cuz I abused there staff and I never did very very unprofessional I also reported them to better business bureau its sad..“

“This is the BEST vet I've ever been to! Dr. Lindsey is amazing! I have Chinese SharPeis which can be very difficult to diagnose. She has gone above and beyond with my dogs. The staff is awesome! So friendly and caring about the animals. One of my dogs was having problems and she was the ONLY vet that could figure out what was happening and she got my pup healthy & happy! I highly recommend them!! Having the vet come to your home is the BEST! You don't have to worry about other animals around yours, getting them sick or in a fight. If they are running 10 minutes late, they call you and let you know. You're at home, so it really doesn't matter anyways. If you are looking for a vet & staff that will put your animals FIRST this is the vet! I've been seeing them for over 7 years now. Best thing I've ever done!“

They were able to fit him in the same week. All of the staff were very friendly, patient and professional. They treated my horse so well. They were able to figure out what was wrong with him, something that our last vet should not have missed. Their prices are very fair and their clinic is extremely clean and organized. Because we are so far, we had to trailer in, but it was so worth it. I will continue to trailer my horses in and I will never use another vet again. “My mare was brought there today for an abscess on her neck, and although I wasn’t there for it (my trainer was) I can’t say enough good things about mass equine. They took care of her even though she is NOT an easy horse to handle, and got the job done. My girl will definitely be feeling much better thanks to the amazing care she received today!“

I think they are a little more expensive than most, that said it's been close to a year since I needed the services of a vet.What they could do is to give outside sign a professional paint job. While on the subject, the exam room needs some attention also. All in all..they are all well versed professionals.“

“I have taken my 3 dogs to Ferguson for several years now and I can't say enough good things about this animal hospital and their team. I've worked with all 4 of the vets on staff and they are WONDERFUL, as are their techs.<br><br>As a pet owner who would go to great lengths to keep our animals well, I've never ever felt that they've taken advantage of in that sense. Dr. Hopkins is incredibly ethical and kind and just of the highest quality. Dr. Donahue and Dr. Deegan were amazing in caring for our elderly dog. Dr. Donahue went above and beyond for her and we are forever grateful! He treated her like she was his own dog and would email me after hours to check in or respond to questions. Dr. Marandola got us through a difficult emergency visit with another pup, as well, and he's been great to work with.<br><br>I live in walking distance of another vet (which is a great facility in their own right) but we choose to drive the 30m to stay at Ferguson bc they are just that good.“

“I have only been here once, with my new 6-week-old kitten a couple weeks ago. The doctor I got was super nice, she was gentle and very informative. There was a nice young gentleman who was assisting her, and he was wonderful. There was a mix up about my kittens age as I made the appointment before picking her up from where I got her. She ended up being too young for her first shots and the secretaries were trying to figure out everything for me. I was clearly nervous, and the gentleman popped his head out into the waiting area to re-assure me that everything will be taken care of and not to worry. Will say I really appreciated that, and it put me to ease. My kitten was a little cold during her checkup, so she was wrapped up in a little towel, they cuddled her until she stopped shivering and gave her a toy at the end. Me and Binx both left happy and made another appointment to follow up with her shots :)“

When your pet doesn't feel good it's such a comfort to know that someone is loving them and caring for them as their own. Dr. Coates is her doctor, and he's wonderful.
